I have made another tool pouch, this time in X-Pac for the exterior, and Ecopack EPX200 for the interior. The buckle is a Fidlock Slider.
Under the flap there are 4 pockets for tools, and a larger pocket behind the interior pockets for papers.
There is a large compartment that can fit toolkits, flashlights etc., 2 pockets for pens on the side, and another pocket covered by the lid that can hold a notebook.
I have made a few of these and really like this layout.
