  • Definition of PALStex®

PALStex® was developed using readily available materials and a deliberately minimalist design, resulting in one of the most powerful all-rounders available. The laminate, based on tried-and-tested CORDURA®, meets NATO STANAG 4370 standards for resistance to environmental influences and use in all climate zones. This means that delamination at high temperatures and high humidity are a thing of the past, as are material breaks in extreme cold.

PALStex® laminate allows the creation of design-free solutions in the field of modern laser-cut carrying systems, offering users the perfect balance of superior robustness and maximum comfort. With its two identical sides, PALStex® allows for unprecedented design approaches, color variations and ergonomic, flatter constructions with a noticeable reduction in costs, as many products no longer require cumbersome binding. PALStex® sets new production standards and supports modern laser processes for cutting and engraving. The perfect combination of the material and laser cutting enables extremely fine, virtually radius-free contours and lint-free, clean and sealed cut edges.

PALStex® can be engraved with a laser. This means that processing markings can be applied during the cutting process, eliminating the need for a separate work step. Furthermore, automatic serial numbers can be engraved on individual parts and entire products, thus guaranteeing complete product documentation as required in the PPE sector.
